Yes! Walk-ins are always welcomed based on chair availability. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance—especially for weekends, evening hours, and custom 3D nail art appointments—to avoid waiting.
What is your 7-Day Fix Guarantee?
We guarantee our artistry and technical application. If an enhancement lifts, chips, or breaks within 7 days of your appointment, contact us and we will gladly fix it free of charge.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
When you arrive at Glo Nail Lounge, you will be greeted by our team and offered a complimentary beverage — mimosas, wine, or sparkling water. Your nail artist will consult with you on shape, color, and design before getting started. We want every client to leave feeling completely thrilled with their nails.
If you have a specific design in mind, bring your inspiration photo from Instagram or Pinterest. Our artists are trained in custom 3D art, chrome, ombre, and freestyle designs — no idea is too intricate.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures our nail artists can fill your time slot and give every client the focused, unhurried care they deserve. Rescheduling is always free — simply update your Fresha appointment or call us at (702) 255-0088.
